Job Title: 2025 Guest Services Associate

Job Type: Contract for 2025 Market season (November 2025 - December 2025)
Summary:
The Guest Services Associates serve in the on-site Guest Services hut and are the “face” of the Market, creating a friendly/pleasant experience for Market guests who visit the hut throughout the season.
Essential Guest Services Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create inviting, well-organized, and friendly Guest Services hut to assist Market visitors with directions, lost children, lost & found items, general information, etc.
- Keep brochures and marketing material organized and well-stocked
- Manage passport and scavenger hunt programs (Stamps, prizes etc)
- Assist volunteer manager as additional point of contact for volunteers and assist in finding their station
- Keep track of inquiries, issues, feedback and marketing materials
Qualifications & Experience:
- Communicate and interact with the public and CCI team members professionally, serving as an ambassador for the Market
- Must be organized, resourceful, flexible, detail-oriented and a great communicator
- Comfortable working in a fast-pace and flexible environment
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift/maneuver boxes of 25 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team member
- Willing to work in outdoor environment
- Comfortable working with technology, using handheld radio devices, and making PA announcements
Time Commitment:
- Evening and weekend availability, most weekdays.
- Approximately 17-20 set hours a week are required during Market Hours (November 22 - December 24), with additional shifts occasionally available.
Compensation: $18/Hour
